What is your return policy?

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned to a The Mobile Shop store in its original condition, with all original packaging and components intact, with the original proof of purchase. Item must also meet the manufacturer’s/carrier’s criteria for return/exchange and shows no signs of liquid or physical/customer-induced damage.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

For devices, including phones, tablets, mobile broadband, and internet devices, we will provide a full refund, less any shipping fees, when returned within the carrier’s buyer’s remorse period. Please refer to your carrier service agreement for return eligibility and cancellation fees.

For most accessories, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Accessories from the following categories will need to be returned un-opened to receive a refund:

  2. Bluetooth Headphones

  3. Hands-Free Mono Headsets

  4. Headphones

  5. Health & Wellness Accessories (iHealth)

  6. Memory

  7. Wearables (Smartwatches, Gear, Fitbit, VR
